TL;DR: I have 3 TicWatches, this is my new favorite!

I started off with a different brand smartwatch and because of the lack of WearOS, it couldn''t keep up with my needs, so I switched to Mobvoi with the S2 and loved it!

Once the Pro 4G (really the Pro 2) came out, I knew I had to have it for the specs and the secondary screen. Upgrading from the S2 to the Pro 4G felt like doubling everything, faster speeds, more responsive, brighter screen with ambient sensor, and all day battery (my mixed use typically would get 2.5 days out of it).

Now having seen there is a Pro 3 GPS, I needed to stay on the cutting edge and it''s again feeling like a doubling of performance. None of the apps feel any lag at all and things like animations just fly around the screen. The battery hadn''t needed a charge since the ~80% that it shipped with even after syncing the watch, installing system updates, and updating Google Play apps.

The boot time and even the sync seems around 30% and 20% (respectively) faster. In terms of weight, I forgot I was wearing it several times already and the strap looks sleek but feels like soft leather despite being silicone. The body of the watch has a smooth matte texture and flows perfect with the strap and doesn''t feel like cold metal. The bezel is pulled back a little with the screen the same size as the Pro 4G, which gives you more room to swipe.

The spO2 sensor, sound sensor, and stress tracking were things I didn''t know I needed until after using them. Speaking of, the heart rate sensor seems snappy compared to the Pro 4G. A needed feature that has been included too is the backlight in essential mode with a wrist flip.

My favorite new watch face included would be Samurai (pictured) and I''m excited to see what new faces might be able to utilize the new sensors! I''ve listed the watches I''ve seen released recently below if you''re confused about the models.

    TicWatch 2020 (Pro 2 GPS)

The first “Great” Wear OS wearable.

I previously owned the Tic Watch Pro 4G. It was a good Wear OS, but it was not the “Best.” After the 2020 pandemic started, I started to learn and realize how crucial monitoring your vitals were. While the Tic Watch 4G had a variety of sensors to measure heart rate and more, other watches in this segment had more sensors and better tracking. When the Apple Watch Series 6 was announced, I looked to see if I could find a Wear OS that was comparable to it. Luckily, the Tic Watch 3 was announced with all the features I was looking for and more.

    FIT AND FINISH:

I received the Tic Watch 3 not too long after release and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was thinner than the Tic Watch 4G. The thinness makes a significant difference as I used to hit the Tic Watch 4G against stuff all the time due to me not giving my arm enough clearance. With the Tic Watch 3, I have not had that problem at all. The Tic Watch 4G’s included watchband was extremely elastic and worried me that it would snap easily. The new Tic Watch 3’s band is far better and seems more durable. I was disappointed to see that the holder-shaped charger from the Tic Watch 4G did not make a return. Instead, a new clip-on-shaped charger with an inset head was included. The pinout for the two watches looks the same, but the chargers are incompatible with one another.

    BATTERY LIFE:

During my first few days of use, where I was using all the features often, I got an extended 2-day battery life with enough charge left to take me into the morning of the third day. Under my normal “stop-and-go” usage, I was able to achieve 4-days with still a 50% charge at the beginning of day 4. My Tic Watch 4G would get 1-day under the “frequent use” and 3-days under my typical use, where it would barely last the third day. I would not be surprised if I only needed to charge my Tic Watch 3 once or twice a week. The sensors do use more power, so it will vary depending on how often you use those sensors.

    ESSENTIAL MODE / LCD MODE:

The most notable feature of the Tic Watch Pro series, the LCD is one of the reasons why I recommend this watch over the competitors. While it does offer the benefit of saving power, I find it to be ‘essential’ for students and test-takers. While the rules are changing to prohibit watches during an exam, the ability to have a “dumb” watch on-demand is essential. One edge that the Tic Watch 4G has over the 3 is the fact that the 4G’s LCD had a brighter background. While the Tic Watch 3 now has a backlight to make up for its darkness, the old watch was more readable, and that I now must use the light during the day. I have included pictures so you can see the difference. The design of the new LCD is also far more attractive and includes more measurements that were usually unavailable on the old Tic Watch 4G.

    WEAR OS / SCREEN:

The screen on the new Tic Watch 3 is brighter and more vivid. The improvements make daytime readability better than before, which was already great. Wear OS feels fast, and notifications synchronization is much better. My Tic Watch 4G had problems where it would not like to connect to Wi-Fi. The new watch has no issues connecting to Wi-Fi. The new launcher for the watch is better than the stock Wear OS launcher, but you can still revert to the earlier version if you prefer. I am disappointed to see that a scrolling crown still has not been implemented, but the touch screen works fine. The speaker is loud and clear and sounds as good as my phone speaker. The microphone is also better, and phone calls are well received. I have had no issues or glitches with the interface yet.

GOOGLE FIT / TIC HEALTH / SENSORS:

With the Tic Watch 4G, I preferred to use Google Fit over Tic Health, since both had supplied the same benefits, and Google Fit was more informative. Mobvoi has improved Tic Health significantly. Tic Pulse is a wonderful way to get your heart rate and see a graph without having to look for it. Tic Sleep is interesting. It can monitor how you sleep, analyzing the times you were lightly sleeping, in a deep sleep, in the REM state, or were awake. It also graphs your pulse and blood oxygen over your rest. The information was surprising to see. I believe it is a great app to use if you struggle to get a good rest. Tic Zen analyzes a variety of health data to give you a stress level. It is a little slow but informative. This feature will be useful for those who struggle with stress and want to see how they can improve their mental and physical health. Tic Oxygen is the Blood Oxygen Monitoring app. It takes like 10-20 seconds per reading, but it gives you a confident measurement. As we have seen from the COVID-19 outbreak, we must keep our Blood Oxygen Level above 94%. This sensor is the most useful sensor on any health wearable during this time. With consistent tracking, you can learn the warning signs early. Tic Hearing tracks noise level. I am not entirely sure that it is a needed tracking feature, but it exists and reports accurately. Tic Exercise is a great tool to help you record exercises and get relevant health data based on the activity selected. Tic Breathe is a breathing app that is comparable to the one available in Google Fit. It works well.

Overall, I am impressed with the improvements that the Tic Watch 3 GPS brings! It does everything one could think of and more. In the past, I could only recommend Wear OS watches to those who were technical or could deal with small inconsistencies. I can now recommend a Wear OS watch to everyone and feel good knowing that it is just as good, if not better than the Apple Watch Series 6. I know this was a long review, but this watch deserves all the praise.

This watch is a significant upgrade from the last (Ticwatch Pro 2020) version. The main upgrade is of course, the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 4100 chip. In fact, I think this is the first watch to use this new chip and it speeds up the navigation as well as the battery life from the previous version. The memory is also updated to 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM, the latter allowing more storage for many more watch faces or even audio files.

The immediate difference I noticed is how comparatively slim the watch now appears compared to the 2020 version (although it’s only 0.4 mm slimmer). The watch bezel is also less thick giving a more up-market look.

The watch maintains (and improves on) the ‘duel screen’ mode from the other versions. This is one of the main unique aspects of the Ticwatch Pro line. I like you have an automatic ‘always on’ option that does not burn through the battery. In fact, using the ‘essential’ mode you can get up to 45 days of continuous use.

The regular ‘smart’ mode AMOLED hi-res screen (which most people will be using on a regular basis) is projected to last 3 days. I’ve only had the watch less than a week, and so far, I can reach 2 days of use, but I’ve been constantly downloading new watch faces, checking out all the apps and generally using the watch non-stop. Once the novelty wears off and I’m using the watch in a ‘normal’ way, I hope to hit that 3-day mark.

Everything I’ve tried is working as expected. The only minor issue I’ve noticed is that the ‘Hey Google’ does not seem to function, although Google assistant works fine by simply swiping left from the main screen. You can ask questions verbally and get instant replies via the watch’s speaker. The ‘Hey Google’ issue may be an issue with the Wear OS rather than the watch itself and this feature will hopefully work once the new Wear OS is released later this fall. The new Wear OS will increase speed and battery life even further as it’s gradually released during 2020 (it specifically supports the new Snapdragon Wear 4100 chip-set). The Ticwatch Pro 3 will definitely get this update.

There are a ton of new and updated features on the watch itself including:

TicHealth – a summary of all heath metrics: heart, stress levels, steps, calories etc.
TicZen – monitors stress level using heart rate variability (HRV).
TicBreathe - tracks heart rate and helps you relax with breath training sessions.
TicSleep - a comprehensive sleep tracking app that seems to be pretty accurate. Includes deep sleep, light sleep and REM.
TicHearing – which measures the environmental noise level up to 120 dB.

You can also use the equivalent apps from Google Fit if you prefer. They are pre-loaded on the watch in addition to the native Mobvoi apps mentioned above.

Also new to the watch are the Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) sensors which record the SpO2 every hour both day and night. This can be useful for detecting sleep apnea and even possibly COVID-19.

It also has NFC for Google Pay. I’ve not had a chance to test this yet, but I have credit cards loaded and ready to go.

I''ve seen video reviews that say the sensors are accurate compared to ''medical'' grade devices. This is for heartbeat and SpO2 readings and the step counting is thought to be accurate as well. The GPS connects with 5 different satellite system including GPS (US), BEIDOU (China), GALILEO (EU), GLONASS (Russia) and QZSS(Japan). The watch connects almost instantly when you start activity tracking outdoors.

The watch is also rated at IP68 and can be used for tracking your swimming. It also has a barometer if you’re into climbing or even just hitting the trails.

I’m sure there are other features that I’ve missed, but so far, I’m really happy with this watch! I’ll update if there are any changes, especially after the new Wear OS is rolled out.

The Most Impressive TicWatch To Date

First off - we as a family have gone through many smart watches in the past few years. This watch is the best we''ve used, and it''s not even close.

    Battery Life
For some, this is the most important aspect of a smart watch (myself included). I want a watch that "does it all" without having to stop to charge it daily. I''ve had a first-gen TicWatch Pro for years now, and while it did everything fairly well, my battery life suffered to the point of having to charge it every night - and missing out on the sleep monitoring functions in the process. As advertised, the TicWatch Pro 3 is said to last 3-45 days based on mode of use. I couldn''t imagine a smartwatch doing this, BUT I have found that this watch easily lasts 3 days, and does so while every possible 24 hour monitoring system is on (heart rate, oxygen saturation sensor, noise level, and stress level). Not only does the battery last impressively long, but it recharges in a matter of 2-3 hours to a full 100% level. While I have not used the Essential mode, I have no doubts that it would last well over 30 days.

    Performance
If battery life isn''t your #1 priority when buying a new smartwatch, then performance of it has to be! Again, coming from the Gen 1 TicWatch Pro, I simply cannot believe how incredibly responsive this new TicWatch Pro 3 GPS is! The excellent new processor manages to be extremely fast, while conserving battery life. Apps open instantaneously, menus scroll smoothly, and with no input lag that I''d gotten adjusted to. Monitoring seamlessly integrates to your phone for more in-depth data, if you''re looking for that.

    Display
The TicWatch Pro 3 is a large-faced watch. There''s no doubt about that. But for people with large wrists, or for those that like a large watch face, this one is fantastic. The "always on" screen is a bit dimmer than on the TicWatch Pro, but is assisted by the tilt-to-wake that adds a backlight to it. Once fully woken, the fully customizable watch face can do anything you''d want it to.

    Water Resistance
While it''s not been the best weather to try swimming with this watch, I''ve only taken it off to charge it since receiving it, and it''s been in every shower I''ve taken since. I''ve experienced zero issues, and am fully confident in wearing it into the pool, the pond, or the river.

    Preinstalled Apps
To compare this to my Gen 1 TicWatch Pro again, I''d need to stress that with the older watch, I used Google Fit exclusively. For heart rate monitoring, for workouts, for walks with the family and dogs. Upon receiving the TicWatch Pro 3 GPS, I decided to try Mobvoi''s apps instead, and have been VERY pleased with what I''ve seen out of them! Their TicHealth, TicExercise, TicPulse, and TicOxygen apps have proven consistent, accurate, and useful daily to my routine. Since I can now wear my watch to sleep, I''ve really been digging into TicSleep a lot, analyzing my own sleeping patterns. TicBreathe and TicZen don''t fit my particular usage as well at this time, but I can''t discount that they may be exactly what others are looking for.
Over on your phone, the Mobvoi app shows you data from ALL of these sources in an easy to digest manner that''s constantly updated by the watch''s tracking. It''s my one-stop-shop for all of the data gathered by my watch, and it''s ease of use makes it an invaluable tool daily.

    Conclusion
If you''ve stayed with me this long, thank you! To sum all of this up, the TicWatch Pro 3 GPS is more than just an upgrade from previous models - I truly believe this may be the flagship of all Wear OS devices on the market. If you''re looking to get a smartwatch that should last you for years, this is the one!

Ticwatch Pro 3 GPS Smartwatch Review

I have been wearing the Ticwatch Pro 3 GPS for about a week now and I am overall very satisfied with it. I have used fitness trackers and smart watches over the years, starting with the Nike Fuel Band, and eventually upgrading to a Fitbit, then Apple Watch, and several Android Wear devices, but Mobvoi’s Ticwatch has been my go to device for the past few years including my last Ticwatch Pro 4G/LTE.

The Ticwatch Pro 3 GPS is the first smartwatch to feature Qualcomm’s new Wear 4100 processor and I could instantly tell the difference in the responsiveness of the watch. The battery life is also amazing. Without making any tweaks and just using the watch as much as I want to I can easily get 2-3 days between charges, which means I can wear it to bed for sleep tracking.

Mobvoi also introduced a lot of new health features in this watch, which for me is a huge plus. TIcHealth, TicExercise, TicPulse, and TicSleep are all still there, but now we get TicZen, TicBreathe, TicOxygen, and TicHearing included which syncs nicely with the Mobvoi App. There is also an included Voice Memo app which I found really handy. TicSleep is as expected. It tracks when you are asleep and gives you an overview. TicZen is pretty awesome since it lets you know your stress level throughout the day, and includes the TicBreath app to help you relax. TicHearing also gives you an insight to how noisy it is in your environment which may surprise you. TicOxygen is something I never thought about but it gives you a good reading of your blood oxygen level.

I have always used Google Fit in conjunction with TicHealth and will probably still do so, but the Tic Health apps add a lot more to the fitness game than before, and it syncs easily with Google Fit as other apps do, for an overall health status and history. The Mobvoi app on the phone actually shows much better individual and overall statistics than Google Fit for health information collected from the Ticwatch Pro 3 GPS. Ticwatch also added more exercises including Outdoor Run, Outdoor Walk, Indoor Run, Indoor Cycling, Free Style, Rowing Machine, Elliptical Machine, Body Mechanics, Trail Running, Mountaineering, Yoga, and Pool Swim (which also drains your speakers when done swimming) so yes you can swim with this watch. Also in the phone app you can listen to your voice memos, and even convert them to text. There is also a watch face center, and you can invoke a screenshot on your watch from the phone app.

Physically the TIcwatch Pro 3 GPS just feels good on my wrist. The screen is a little bigger than previous versions and very easy to read, and the watch is also thinner and lighter. The included black band with orange stitches matches the watch perfectly and feels great, so I don’t even need to get a custom band, but I could if I wanted to. The dual display has alway been my favorite feature of Tic Watches and now I noticed that there is a more refined setting for brightness and double clicking the top right button increased brightness to 100% briefly which is really handy. GPS for outdoor running and walking - check. NFC for Google Pay - check.

I would highly recommend the Ticwatch Pro 3 GPS for anyone looking for an Android Wear OS smart watch that provides smarts plus top of the line health tracking.

p.s. While writing this review my Ticwatch Pro 3 GPS reminded me that it was time to take a quick walk to meet my hourly steps goal which I think is awesome because I need all the motivation I can get.

Update: Watch screen began malfunctioning after a day of use. Quality control is obviously suspec.t Customer support has been dreadful since the RMA ticket was created. Ticket has been open for about two weeks and there''s been no resolution. I''d avoid this product and company in the future.

Just wait for another Snapdragon 4100 for WearOS. This isn''t worth your time or frustration.

I''ve been looking to upgrade from my old Moto 360 for a while now. This watch is what made me pull the trigger. With the new system on a chip, it''s much thinner than my old watch and definitely much more responsive. This is the first WearOS smartwatch that has the processing power and the RAM to the OS work as intended.

The only downside is the included strap. It''s black plastic with some orange stitching to help camouflaged it as a dress watch, but it''s a bit small and not really what you would expect for a top of the line smart watch. Thankfully, it''s just a 22mm standard strap, so I''ve already purchased a couple replacements.

Finally the speed we have all been waiting for! I have been a TicWatch owner for some time now. I have owned the TicWatch E and then moved up to the original TicWatch Pro. I have used the original pro for well over a year now and I am happy to say the New TicWatch Pro 3 is a breath of fresh air.

While the original wasn''t bad, the new model solves many annoyances. The biggest issue was always speed and UI smoothness. The moment I started to configure my new watch the difference was dramatic to me. The interaction with the UI is very smooth and free of hiccups.

To be honest I resorted to rooting my original pro watch, flashing a custom rom, adding a few tweaks to help make it run a bit smoother. All while also having the animations turned off. Even comparing the new pro to my rooted original pro, the difference is still very apparent.

The appearance of the new TicWatch Pro 3 is overall similar to the original. It has a noticeable reduction in weight, it''s slightly slimmer, but the biggest change is to the under side where you can see the crazy amount of new sensors compared to the original TicWatch Pro. I will just outright say it, this is not the smallest watch in the world. To me personally I like a larger watch and display size, but I can see it bothering some.

There are a few other areas of improvement, the mic is slightly better. The speaker is also a bit more cleaned up now. The UI now allows apps in the app drawer to be dragged and dropped and placed in what ever order you like. Speaking of apps, I have been testing the new sleep monitoring app. Overall I''m impressed at how well it actually monitors your movements at night. It definitely does a nice job giving you a picture of what you''re doing while you sleep, I think it''s very interesting. The new SPO2 app and its monitoring features are also very well done. I have yet to find any issues, everything is very seamless.

I do believe the apps are all more impressive and less clunky feeling because of the speeds the watch is capable of now. I used to worry about having too many things monitoring in the background, because I felt it would kill my battery or made the watch slowdown too much. That worry is gone now and the watch is able to run whatever task I toss at it without hesitation.

My overall take on this watch is this version feels very refined. It has everything it should to complete or even top other smart watches in the market. This new watch compared to its predecessor has enough significant improvements that I can say with confidence even if the price of the original TicWatch Pro drops dramatically this new one is worth the extra. It will most definitely give you a better overall Android smart watches experience and you will enjoy it, I have no doubt.

Today was an exciting day! For months I''ve been considering purchasing a smart watch. I''ve watched and read so many reviews. The watch that seemed to constantly impress me from the reviews was the TicWatch Pro 3. It seemed to have everything going for it. The fastest chip set on the market, the Snapdragon 4100. The largest battery on the market and the amazing duel layer display! All of these features made for a smoother UI and a longer battery life. I just wanted to be sure it was worth the $299 investment. Was it an item that would add convenience to my life.

Well. This morning my decision became easier. I went on Amazon and to look at the watch again and low and behold, it was on sale for $239! To sweeten the deal it said it would arrive between 10am - 3am! I placed my order around 9am this morning, and received the watch at around 12:30pm! I was so exited! I was now the proud owner of on of the greatest smart watches on the planet! I immediately set it up, connecting it the the Wear OS and Mobvoi apps. Everything seemed to be working great. The magical secondary LCD looked amazing!

Fast forward about 2 hours later...

I was out at the store with my daughter. I had been talking about how nice this watch was and how it has so many stellar reviews. I looked down to check the time...

The secondary LCD was not displaying numbers correctly. It was 2:16pm, but on the display it read "02 6". The 1 was nowhere to be seen! As the minutes advanced I noticed other numbers only partially displayed. The LCD was failing! I had only just received it 2 hours before! Like seriously! HOW?!?!

When I got home, I immediately started searching online to see if this was an issue others were experiencing. I quickly discovered I was not alone. Many people were having issues with the display. I discovered that this was only one of several major issues that people were having with this watch.

Needless to say, I''m very disappointed with this whole situation. I was so excited to finally buy it! On paper it seemed like it was an amazing product!
It is now going on 9pm, July 5th. I''ve owned the watch for a little over 8 hours. I''ve already started the return process. All I need to do is take it to my local Kohls, show then my scan code and let them ship it back for a full refund. Thankfully I purchased it on Amazon! They have a great return policy. I''ve read that people who purchased directly from Mobvoi have a tougher time.

See my photo for a perfect example of an imperfect display. The time should read "09 10"...

Where did the 1 go? Other numbers in that part of the display are only partially displayed. DEFECTIVE!

Save yourself the technological heartbreak and steer clear of this watch. I know it looks tempting, but trust me. Looks and reviews can be deceiving.

Been using this watch for a week now and feel comfortable reviewing the same. First of let me start off by saying if you''re planning to buy this watch for purely fitness reasons, don''t. The resting heart rate is fairly accurate but as soon as you start working out and your wrist starts to get sweaty the heart rate monitoring goes for a toss. It takes time for the watch to give accurate readings again. I think it could be the transition from dry to wet, that''s what I have observed, and maybe this might be corrected just via a software update but don''t count on it. The spo2 readings I believe are accurate. The step counter I think is highly unreliable as well and that''s a fairly basic thing a watch should be able to get right. The positive is this watch is wear OS so it has a lot of app support. Also the Snapdragon 4100 chipset runs the os smooth. Have had no issues besides a few minor bugs. The dual screen helps with the battery life and is a nice touch. I could get 2 full days without any top up charge with continuous heart rate, blood oxygen and stress level on. The sleep tracking is a little unreliable. I primarily purchased this watch for using Google maps navigation while riding. Navigation isn''t as smooth and real time like in the phone and there are times when it gets a bit stuck but it gets the job done. GPS is captured fairly quickly so I''m guessing it''s something to do with saving battery, I might have to tinker with the settings to see if I can get it smoother but it''s not a deal breaker. It can handle your music playlist and phone calls including receiving and replying to messages. There is a speaker and mic inbuilt but it''s a watch don''t expect it to be crystal clear. Google assistant works fairly well. I''m giving it 3 stars as I feel this watch tries to do too many things and gets some things right and some key things (like fitness tracking) wrong. Also did I mention there is no compass in the watch. Why mobvoi felt not to include that in a premium watch beats me. The mobvoi app sucks big time, at least here in India. There is no ECG monitoring as well. For the premium price I think it should have been included. My honest suggestion wait another year for better 4100 chipset wear OS watches, many will be coming out soon.

If you love hardware specs, this watch is for you. However, if you expect the software to leverage the potential of the hardware specs, then you''re going to be downright depressed. For starters, the current WearOS version is not optimized for the SD 4100; that''s expected to happen with the launch of version 11 "this fall". The Mobvoi app is one of the most muddled beta-Windows-95-esque I''ve ever seen. It''s so difficult to find features as these are randomly distributed across the Mobvoi, WearOS and watch interfaces. Do smartwatch functions like call and messaging work? Absolutely yes when they do. But when they don''t, which is often, there is no easy way to pinpoint where the issue is. After over a week of fiddling around with this, i still haven''t been able to set up "OK Google" voice detection and have to push the button to get it activated. This, amongst quite a few others, seems to be a fairly common according to other users on the Mobvoi forum. As for all this hype about access to the app store. For me, this was the primary reason to shift from the honor magic watch 2. But its not like you can just browse through the app store and download whatever app you want. There is a limited set of apps that work with WearOS. So check before you jump. As for excercise: I downloaded and used Strava to track a bicycle ride and it worked quite fine. But if you want a quick look at the stats (distance, time etc.), not happening. So I shifted to TicExcercise/Cycling as it does enable linking data to Strava. Same thing: if you want mid-ride stats, park your bike on the road side and start fiddling. Health tracking: Sleep tracking is way off; one half-hour afternoon nap showed up as a 10-hour blackout with a time overlap with that night''s sleep. There''s also this mysterious and seemingly random "sleep efficiency" factor you get that serves more to intrigue than to inform. Which also applies to all health tracking on this device. Accuracy is important, but more importantly, the presentation needs to inform users, at a glance, about broad health metric trends. Not happening, without an advanced degree in high level statistical modelling. All of which brings us to the battery: if the battery lasts for 2-3 days with all features on, it''s not an achievement just a practical improvement. Non-WearOS watches do it consistently. As for Essential Mode and 45 day battery life - this mode only tracks steps and provides time on the LCD screen. So the logic seems to be that battery life is great if you don''t use the device. Some random notes: Be prepared to pay third-party apps if you''re looking for a half-decent watch face. The on-device app ecosystem is a mess of redundancies disguised as choice - TicHealth, TicEcercise, TicZen, TicSleep, TicRemover, Tictac, Google Health, Google Heart, GoogleWhyThisFeatureIsntWorking - with no integration whatsoever between anything. To sum up, if you''re the optimistic type that believes WearOS 11 and Mobvoi updates can turn this lame duck around, then you''re luckily not me. My Ticwatch Pro 3 GPS, however, is already on OLX as the issues detailed here are not enough to qualify for a return and refund.

Possibly the best smartwatch yet in terms of battery, design, display and AOD. I have always been a Samsung guy, coming from Galaxy Watch 3, I was skeptical jumping ship. Read every possible review and complaints/issues online. Visiting the Mobvoi forum and reading the various problems reported by users there made me back track multiple times, especially the charging dock issues. Did not want to order through their site due to long delivery dates and fallback issues. The skepticism lasted until the package arrived, one day later than promised due to Amazon''s negligence. PROS: 1. For me a smartwatch is of no use if the time/display is not visible in direct sunlight. No, I''m not talking about the FTSN secondary display, Yes, It serves the purpose but the true AOD implementation on this watch is the best implementation ever. The ambient light sensor work even on AOD mode and adapts accordingly, making it visible everywhere. 2. Snapdragon 4100 just flies 3. Battery on AOD mode, full brightness lasted me 3 full days on first charge. 4. The strap being plastic/silicone looks regal 5. Being WearOS, choice of watch faces are abundant. 6. Sleek design (Plastic + Steel) reminds me of my rooster alarm yesteryear childhood watch. CONS: 1. WearOS is still work in progress, OK Google detection doesn’t work.(Nothing to do with Mobvoi/Ticwatch) 2. The secondary display is not comfortable viewing indoors. Ticwatch Pro 2020 was better. 3. Bluetooth v4.2 (nitpicking) 4. Lack of a rotating crown or bezel (nitpicking) I''m still on my second charge, hope this watch lasts me a full 2 years of usage without any issues. PS: 1. I do not use smartwatches for its fitness features and the first thing I do is disable them when I receive the watch. 2. Huawei watch GT 2 46mm tempered glass fits perfectly (All images attached are with the tempered glass installed). 3. No pairing issues on my Note 20 ultra.
